However, no technology environment, cybersecurity system, camera system, access-control system, backup solution, network, or other security measure can guarantee complete protection against every threat, outage, intrusion, equipment failure, cyberattack, or other event.
Unless specifically guaranteed in a written agreement, OneGuard does not represent that any service or product will prevent every security incident, cyberattack, data loss event, unauthorized access event, equipment failure, or business interruption.
Customers remain responsible for complying with their own legal, regulatory, insurance, operational, and industry requirements unless those responsibilities have expressly been assumed by OneGuard in writing.
7. Security Cameras and Physical Security Systems
Security cameras, access-control systems, alarms, and related technologies are intended to assist with security and operational objectives.
They do not guarantee prevention of theft, trespassing, property damage, unauthorized entry, personal injury, or other incidents.
Customers are responsible for determining whether their use of cameras, recording equipment, access-control systems, biometric technology, audio recording, or other security technologies complies with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the OneGuard name, logos, website design, written content, graphics, photographs, software, documentation, and other original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to OneGuard.
You may view and use website content for legitimate personal or business evaluation purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, modify, or commercially exploit OneGuard materials without permission except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
